Full of contradictions, chaotic and seducing at the same time, the city of Athens bears thousands years of history. Ancient and roman ruins, coexist with byzantine and muslim elements as well as with neoclassical and inter-war landmarks. The current profile of the city of Athens, is formed by the dynamic influence of its people, especially regarding the neighbourhoods of Exarheia, Psyrri and Koukaki, where you can find many local shops full of handicrafts, hipsters’ spots, interesting bars, artistic expression and of course swing music!
